This has also attracted a number of specialized Vault Hunters, lured by the promise of immeasurable treasures. The series consists of three main titles, each with multiple DLC’s: Borderlands (released in 2009), Borderlands 2 (released in 2012) and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! (released in 2014). Since 2009 several spin-offs have been released, including an episodic graphic adventure game made by Telltale.
